Welcome to the official website of Gargoyle Tactical Group, LLC (“Gargoyle Tactical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking a class, purchasing a lesson, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.

1. Risk Acknowledgment & Waiver

All firearms and tactical training involve inherent risks. By booking a course, private lesson, or using any service offered by Gargoyle Tactical, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms handling and tactical instruction, including serious injury, property damage, and death.

You agree to hold harmless Gargoyle Tactical Group, LLC, its owners, instructors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, including injury to yourself, others, or property, whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise.

Use of the skills taught for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. You bear full legal responsibility for how you apply what you learn.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in any class, training, or lesson offered by Gargoyle Tactical. 

If a student or class participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign all agreements and waivers and must be present during the duration of the lesson or class-no exceptions. 

3. Refund Policy

All sales of training classes and private lessons are final. No refunds will be issued unless a class is canceled by Gargoyle Tactical Group, LLC.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a class or private lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session and any associated fees.

5. Code of Conduct

Gargoyle Tactical maintains a strict safety and professionalism standard. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class or lesson—at our sole discretion—for unsafe, aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

If you are removed from a class or private lesson for any reason, you will not receive a refund, credit, or any form of recourse.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Our mission is to maintain a secure, respectful, and high-caliber training environment at all times.

7. Use of Website and Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, videos, and training concepts—is the property of Gargoyle Tactical Group, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written consent.

You may not use this site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Gargoyle Tactical be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this site, our training, or services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Flathead County, Montana.
